This coating thickness gauge is a combined magnetic and eddy current device that automatically identifies magnetic or non-magnetic substrates and automatically switches between them. It can quickly, non-destructively, and precisely measure the thickness of coatings and plating.
This coating thickness gauge features backlighting, LCD dot-matrix display, single-point and multi-point calibration, and is resistant to high and low temperatures, impact-resistant, and the probe is wear-resistant (over 500,000 times), ensuring stable test results.
It offers fast testing speed and is applicable to various measurement environments. Its technical parameters fully comply with national and international standards.

Fe Function
Can detect the thickness of non-magnetic coatings on all magnetic substrates:
- Paint, Powder Coatings, Plastics, Ceramics, Chromium, Copper, Zinc, applied on Steel or Iron etc.
NFe Function
Can detect the thickness of insulating coatings on all non-magnetic substrates:
Paint, Plastics and Ceramics. These coatings must be applied on non-magnetic metal substrates such as Aluminum, Copper, Brass, or Stainless steel.
