MR200 Surface Roughness Measuring Instrument
The MR200 surface roughness measuring instrument is designed for both shop floor use and mobile measurements, making it an ideal small handheld tool. Its operation is straightforward, and it offers overall functionality with fast measurements, stable accuracy, and user convenience. This upgraded instrument features a 2.7-inch OLED display and is equipped with a wireless communication module, Micro-USB port, Bluetooth module, and SD memory card. It allows for wireless remote control for starting and measuring and can connect to a PC or wireless Bluetooth printer, providing ample storage capacity.

How does surface roughness measurement work?
- The sharp stylus in the probe traces the surface at a constant rate.
- The probe is placed on the surface of the workpiece.
- As the stylus moves, it detects variations in surface roughness.
- The instrument processes these variations to generate roughness parameters.
